Its been a wee bit different this weekend for me.The good feeling in my bones last week and over the weekend and i still have that good feeling in my bones and it feels great.
Yesterday i felt like i was walking on air with my excercise and had so much energy in me i did even more excercise.I take it the words what Giorgia said to me through the week really did sink in and that is what i needed in me and the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer now.
Giorgia had a great day yesterday and at the shows aswell.As today she s on a chill out day with her daughter.
Even my team Liverpool played like a team and won 3-0 aswell.
With my dad yesterday afternoon aswell and he knew iam at my home on a saturday night just gives us a break between us.My daughter was not feeling to good as that time of month for her but as she is at her friends in York until next friday and back here for weekend the back to York for college.She is ok now.
So last night my treat to myself after tx from Giorgia was in a hot radox salts bath for an hour in fact had a bit to hot.Today being my lazy chill out sunday day been with dad and listen to great tunes while at home and done my ironing aswell.
Now its time for a hot chocolate and then bed and will be ready for the week in the morning at 5.45am when i get up.Makes me just hope this feelings inside me keep going each day like this last week they have.
